If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and dust bags included.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

3. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for the same product in a different color or style (if available).

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
